About Catherine Allen
The therapy room provides a very relaxed and friendly environment in which to treat the clients.Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual, therefore no treatment is the same.
During therapy, the patient is lying on the couch and remains fully clothed.
At the first consultation lasting approximately 1½ hour, a full history is taken.
Further consultations are shorter, varying from ¾ hour to an hour.
During the consultation, I evaluate your body’s needs on a physical, emotional and spiritual level and identify the energy work required.
Any necessary essential oil mixes are then prepared, and each preparation is specific to each individual.
All treatments are unique, because each and every one of us is unique.
